2 bunches broccoli, trimmed and chopped
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. mayonnaise
2 t. red wine vinegar
3 t. sugar
Mix all ingredients and chill salad in refrigerator overnight before serving. For a lower fat version, use only 4 strips of bacon and substitute plain yogurt for the mayonnaise.
