1 med. potato, peeled and cooked
2 T. milk
1 T. cream cheese, softened
1 t. butter or margarine
1/4 t. salt (optional)
1/8 t. fresh dill or pinch dill weed
dash of pepper
In a small bowl, mash all ingredients until smooth. Spoon into a small microwave-safe dish. Cook on high 1 minute or until heated through.
