1/2-1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bacon, cut in small pieces
1 c. chopped onions
2 31-oz. cans pork and beans
1 16-oz. can kidney beans, drained
1 c. ketchup
1 16-oz. can butter beans, drained
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 T. liquid smoke
3 T. white vinegar
1 t. salt
pepper, to taste
Brown beef in skillet, drain off fat and put beef in slow cooker. Brown bacon and onions; drain fat. Add to slow cooker. Stir together, adding remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 5-9 hours or on high 3 hours.
