3 c. ketchup
2 T. cider vinegar
2 T. vegetable oil
2 T. brown sugar
3 cloves minced garlic, or 1 t. garlic powder
4 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. cayenne pepper
3 T. dry tapioca granules (for thickening)
1 t. salt
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Put meat of your choice in slow cooker. Pour the sauce over the meat. Cook on high 4-6 hours or on low 6-12 hours. Recipe may be doubled if the meat is large.
